About the Factory Clearance Store

The Factory Clearance store is an online outlet that sells direct to the public focusing on goods which may come without packaging or instructions manuals and maybe shop-soiled. Manufacturer warranties will still be honoured.

Shop-soiled products are slightly dirty or with damaged packaging and therefore reduced in price – we mean prices you will never see again. Other examples of shop-soiled products are boxes that were opened inside stores and handled by customers. We check products for working order; if not, it is stated in the description.

Furthermore, we sell out sought-after brands that are discontinued for several reasons i.e. the manufacturer withdrew or now selling direct. These products are brand new, never used or sold.

Shipping

We do charge for shipping because all our products are sold below our cost. You are buying something of a higher value than its indicated price.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Manufacturer warranties will be honoured unless stated otherwise as voetstoots.

Pop-up Store

We have a Pop-up Store based in Midrand where products can be seen and purchased. You are welcome to visit us during business hours 08:30 - 16:30 Monday to Friday. We are closed over weekends.
